Welcome to the Modern Age: Immersion Now Streaming Everywhere

I’m excited to announce that my album Immersion is now available on all major streaming platforms! Originally released as a limited edition CD through Home & Garden Music, this long-form sound work is now accessible to everyone across Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and more. You can also explore the album through my Bandcamp page, where I share exclusive content and offer physical copies.

Immersion was composed over the summer of 2022 and premiered as a live outdoor performance as part of the Art for Water initiative. The work merges eco-music and environmental sound, with a focus on fostering deeper connections to water and the natural world. Drawing from field recordings of Wood Lake Nature Center and the Minnehaha Watershed area, the music uses wooden flutes, brass bowls, and woodwinds combined with analog synthesis, magnetic tape, and electronic processing to capture the journey of water from liquid to vapor, flowing across landscapes and into our daily lives.

Performed in real-time and recorded live on location, Immersion offers a unique soundscape shaped by the natural surroundings and the very waters from Wood Lake. This album is a celebration of our connection to water and the Earth, a theme I’m deeply passionate about as part of my ongoing work with environmental conservation.

You can listen to the full album on YouTube through this playlist. If you’ve already experienced the music, I invite you to follow my Bandcamp page.

Thank you so much for listening and for your ongoing support. I’m excited for what’s to come!
